🎨 1. Design Responsibility & Copyright
All custom designs, logos, texts, and images uploaded by customers for printing are their sole responsibility.

We do not claim ownership of customer-submitted designs.

The customer must ensure they have the legal rights to use any copyrighted logos, trademarks, or content.

Sign Revolution is not liable for any legal consequences arising from unauthorized or copyrighted content submitted by the customer.
If any third-party copyright dispute arises, the customer will be held fully responsible.
📦 2. Order Confirmation & Production

Orders are processed only after full payment is received and confirmed.

Once printing or customization has started, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

Customers are advised to double-check all design files, sizes, colors, and text before finalizing their orders.

In case of any uncertainty or custom instructions, please contact our support team before placing the order.
🚚 3. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Delivery timelines usually range between 4–7 working days, depending on your location.

However, delays due to courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.

In case of delays, we will assist you in tracking and coordinating with the courier service.
🧾 4. Returns & Replacements
Since we deal in customized products, we only offer returns or replacements if:

The product is damaged during delivery

There is a printing mistake or incorrect item sent by our team
Note: Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with proper photo proof and order number.
💳 5. Pricing & Payment

All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes where required.

We require 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.

The remaining 50% balance is to be paid upon delivery (Cash on Delivery or bank transfer before dispatch).

Printing and production of customized items begin only after the advance payment is received.

We reserve the right to hold or delay an order if payment terms are not fulfilled.
